Survey reveals how Pa. residents feel about aid to Ukraine, NATO membership
Pennsylvanians strongly support the United States remaining in NATO and sending military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine, a new survey has found. “Surveys have consistently shown that, while Americans don’t want the U.S. to be the world policeman, they do want the U.S. to work with other countries to uphold the international order and help protect nations from aggressors,” said Steven Kull, the director of the University of Maryland’s Program for Public Consultation.

Annual Covered Bridge & Arts Festival returns to Central PA this fall
The weather outside is changing and the leaves will soon be in their autumn glory, which means it will be time to celebrate the start of fall in Columbia & Montour Counties with the 42nd Annual Covered Bridge & Arts Festival! This immensely popular four-day fall festival will be held at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds in Bloomsburg, PA from Thursday, October 3 through Sunday, October 6. Hours for the event are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. The event is produced and coordinated by the Columbia-Montour Visitors Bureau. Parking and admission to the festival are free and tour buses are always welcome.
