Costco Expanding with New Alabama Location

Big-box retail giant Costco, headquartered in Washington State, has announced three new locations. Two of them will be outside the US, while the third will be in Alabama.

The company currently has stores in Hoover, Mobile, and Montgomery. The fourth location in the state will be at US Highway 72, just north of McCrary Road in Madison. According to the Costco website, the new warehouse is expected to open in November of this year. The store will offer these services.

• Gas station
• Optical
• Hearing aids

The company operates nearly 620 locations worldwide. The largest concentration of stores is in California, where there are 139. Wyoming, West Virginia, and Rhode Island are the only states without a Costco.
