Joe Swanson, who served as cluster Production Director while hosting middays on Country 95.9 KCOB-FM and afternoons on KRTI until exiting in the May cuts, has returned to the cluster to host mornings with Sarah Jorges. Jorges, who also works as an Account Executive at the cluster, had remained in her off-air role following the staff purge.
