Superior Credit Union breaks ground to expand Ottawa branch
OTTAWA, OH (WLIO) - Superior Credit Union is getting ready to grow its Ottawa location. Thursday they broke ground on an expansion project for the building they built in 2008. Superior officials say they really outgrew the building shortly after they opened it, and now they will be adding more office space for the growth of their services like mortgages and investments in Putnam County. Superior has continued its own growth, with 25 locations around west central Ohio and beyond.
Ungarage Sale at Allen County Children Services provides much-needed items to clients and public alike
LIMA, OH (WLIO) - Through the generosity of strangers, dozens of people were able to get items they needed and some that they just wanted. The sale is in two parts. Clients with Allen County Children Services were able to get first choice items, with the sale being open to the public at noon. The choices were endless and included clothing, shoes, housewares, decorations, and more. You could see the smiles on the faces of children that were finding a toy, or two, or even three that were new to them. Those shopping were thankful for the opportunity to get items that will help at home.

Former Four Seasons nursing home is now Copper Knoll
WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE — The Four Seasons Nursing Home in Washington Court House and Autumn Years Nursing Home in Sabina, both privately-operated facilities, were owned by Tim and Tracy Ross. The Ross’ recently sold Four Seasons to TLC Management of Indiana. The Ross’ closed Autumn Years completely. Some of the Autumn Years residents moved to the new facility in Washington Court House — now called Copper Knoll Health & Rehabilitation, according to office manager Kimberly Vergamini.
