Car fire in bank drive-thru causes $65,000 damage
Aug. 2—LIMA — A car fire Thursday night in the ATM drive-thru at Chase Bank at 750 N. Cable Road, Lima, caused approximately $40,000 in property damage and $25,000 in damage to contents. Kids Fest returning to Ottawa
OTTAWA — GO Ottawa will be holding its annual Kids Fest event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10 at Memorial Park in Ottawa, near the caboose. This free event will include hands-on activities, a touch-a-truck, a bounce house, a junior high chalk art contest, a football pass game and other activities. Performances by Den of the Tiger, the Ottawa-Glandorf Marching Band, the Dance Center and Putnam County Children’s Theater will also be included in the event designed to connect kids to community organizations, programs and businesses.
