PITTSBURGH — Thirty-eight years ago, 120 workers walked out of the old Clark candy factory on Pittsburgh's North Side for the last time. Many left with a bag full of candy and a heart full of sweet memories. Others left empty-handed, just as sorry to go but without the guarantee of a job.

WEST VIRGINIA (WCHS) — The West Virginia Department of Health Facilities announced plans to potentially sell four long-term senior care facilities, officials say. Joe Lee, Owner of Joe’s Record Paradise, Dies
Joseph Wilson Lee, owner of the eclectic Joe’s Record Paradise, died July 4. He was 76. Lee was the third of eight children of Blair Lee III, a Maryland legislator, lieutenant governor and acting governor. Blair Lee II was lieutenant governor in the 1970s with Gov. Marvin Mandel (D). He became acting governor while Mandel was ill and then on trial for corruption.
