On July 4 at approximately 10:53 p.m., surveillance footage caught an individual breaking into Alabama Railroad and Construction Company, located on Halls Mill Road. The footage showed the man wearing all black, looking around the area for 15 minutes. He then returned at 2:43 a.m., stealing around $12,000 worth of tools.
