HARRISBURG, Pa. – Eight graduates from McKean County were celebrated by friends, family, and faculty this month as members of Reach Cyber Charter School’s Class of 2024. Update: Flash flood warning for McKean and Warren counties early Wednesday evening
On Wednesday at 4:13 p.m. an updated flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 5:45 p.m. for McKean and Warren counties. “At 4:13 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly,” says the weather service. “Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.”
