    Construction worker killed after falling from trailer at Jackson County Middle School

    MCKEE, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — A Stanton man has died after falling from a trailer on Tuesday in McKee, according to Kentucky State Police (KSP).

    KSP said they were called around 11:15 a.m. to help the McKee Police Department after a construction worker was involved in an accident at Jackson County Middle School.

    According to investigators, 48-year-old James Anderson was unloading storm drain tiles from a lowboy equipment trailer when he fell off, hitting the ground.

    Anderson was taken to a London hospital, per KSP, where he later died.

    Authorities said foul play is not suspected, and the investigation remains ongoing.
