JENKINS, Ky. — A Letcher County man is in jail, after two children had adverse reactions to a vape pen he allegedly gave to them. A sheriff’s deputy was at the Jenkins Day Festival last Saturday, when he was approached by a child who said another he had found a boy covered in vomit lying unconscious in an alley.
