Broken Yolk Cafe Cracks Open its Doors for a Grand Opening Egg-stravaganza in McKinney, TX on June 26

Broken Yolk Cafe, the relaxed gathering spot for hearty breakfasts, boozy brunches and easy lunches, announced the official grand opening of its newest location in McKinney, TX, slated for Wednesday, June 26. The day will begin with a lively ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by the public opening where guests can enjoy benedicts and boozy brunch offerings, including mimosa and Bloody Mary flights, as well as first-come, first-serve giveaways.

McKinney residents and guests alike can look forward to experiencing a diverse menu that celebrates Texas flavors, welcoming atmosphere and unique interior and exterior design choices. Every dish utilizes only the freshest and high-quality ingredients. Signature dishes include fried chicken benedict, tres leches french toast, cowboy skillet and loaded cheesy cheddar grits, among others.

To mark the occasion, the first 100 guests will receive an exclusive Broken Yolk Cafe Golden Pancake Card redeemable for free pancakes for a year. Additionally throughout the day, guests will be able to spin the Broken Yolk Cafe prize wheel during their visit to win swag such as mugs, tumblers, and T-shirts.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony with local dignitaries will take place on Wednesday, June 26 from 7:30-8 a.m. Doors open to the public at 8 a.m. with giveaways for the first 100 guests.
