Aguilar-Carreño and van der Meulen named associate vice provosts in Research & Innovation
Hector Aguilar-Carreño, professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology in the College of Veterinary Medicine, and Marjolein van der Meulen, Swanson Professor of Biomedical Engineering in the Meinig School of Biomedical Engineering and the Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering in the College of Engineering, have been named associate vice provosts in the Office of the Vice President for Research & Innovation (OVPRI). Their appointments began July 1.

The full-service urgent care center will provide evaluation and treatment for a full range of non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses, as well as occupational medicine services. McGraw man sentenced to 15 years for repeated sexual abuse
CORTLAND, NY (CortacaToday) – A McGraw man who previously pled guilty to sex crimes is headed to prison. Robert Schulte, 45, is sentenced to 15 years behind bars on a felony charge of a course of sexual conduct against a child. In May 2024, Schulte admitted to abusing a victim multiple times in Cortlandville and Solon from 2015-2022.

McGraw man receives prison sentencing from sex abuse conviction
A McGraw man who pleaded guilty in a sex abuse case recently received his prison sentencing, according to a release. Robert Schulte, 45, was sentenced to 15 years in prison and 10 years of post-release supervision for first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child (a Class-B Felony). Schulte pleaded guilty to the conviction in May.
