VCSU Volleyball begins season Friday in Florida
The Valley City State volleyball team kicks off the 2024-25 athletics season this weekend at the Keiser Viper Sports Academy Classic in West Palm Beach, Fla. The No. 22 Vikings will face stiff competition to begin the season, facing three teams who are at least receiving votes in the NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll. FRIDAY - SUNDAY: Aside from the rain showers gradually exiting northeast Friday, we can expect partly cloudy to mostly cloudy. It will be a bit breezy with winds out of the northwest around 20-30 mph. Otherwise, temperatures will start off in the 60s Friday morning before reaching the low and mid 70s in the afternoon. If we can manage a bit more sun, temperatures will be a bit warmer. Sunshine takes over through the weekend. Morning lows Saturday and Sunday will be close to 60 with highs in the low 80s. Overall a nice weekend! Great to spend time outside before preparing to head back to the classroom for many ND districts.

LA CROSSE, Wis. – North Dakota State soccer defeated Viterbo University 3-1 in the season opener on Thursday at the Viterbo Athletics Complex. Senior Olivia Watson opened up the scoring in the seventh minute with a close-range effort off of a ball from Hannah Arnold.
