NDSU Soccer Opens Season With 3-1 Win
LA CROSSE, Wis. – North Dakota State soccer defeated Viterbo University 3-1 in the season opener on Thursday at the Viterbo Athletics Complex. Senior Olivia Watson opened up the scoring in the seventh minute with a close-range effort off of a ball from Hannah Arnold. Watson’s 13th goal of her career moved her into a tie for 10th in NDSU’s D1 history for goals, tying Abbe Stratton and Malley O’Brien.

Bismarck Medical Facilities Recovering After Flood
(Bismarck, ND) — Medical facilities in the Bismarck area are recovering from Tuesday’s storm and flood. Essentia Health’s Walk-In Care center on Ninth Street suffered water damage, but has since re-opened. CHI St. Alexius is also dealing with water damage, but hospital staff says it hasn’t impacted patient services. Sanford Health got it the worst, sustaining major damage to parts of the building and one of its CT machines. However, the hospital remains open.
