In the early hours of this morning, the calm of East Austin was disturbed by an incident that became the focus of a SWAT operation. According to CBS Austin, the Austin Police Department responded to a call of a disturbance on the 1300 block of Ludlow Terrace at around 3:30 a.m., where a man had allegedly barricaded himself inside a residence.
