Those with a penchant for historical vehicles should mark their calendars as the Yamhill County Historical Society will soon stage its annual Barn Finds and Gramma’s Ride Car Show at its headquarters in McMinnville.

Set for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 20 at 11275 S.W. Durham Lane, cost is $5 to the public for admission, although those registering cars for the show get in free.

“This show is for vintage cars of all shapes and sizes,” a release from the historical society said. “Whether they've been meticulously restored or found in a barn, all vehicles pre-2000 are welcome at this event. Featuring a diverse range of designs showcasing many different eras and ideas, this event is perfect for car enthusiasts of all ages to come together and share their passion for automobiles.”

In addition to gawking at fine automobiles, attendees can take advantage of a number of vendors, participate in family friendly car-related activities and check out the museum’s exhibits. Food will be on hand for sale as well.

“Don't miss out on the opportunity to see rare and unique vehicles up close and connect with fellow car lovers who share your appreciation for classic automobiles,” the release said.
