BRTC and AR National Guard sign memorandum of understanding
POCAHONTAS, Ark. (KAIT/Edited News Release) - On Aug. 12, Black River Technical College signed a memorandum of understanding with the Arkansas Army National Guard. Signing the MOU were BRTC president Dr. Martin Eggensperger, Arkansas Adjutant General, and Arkansas National Guard Brigadier General Chad Bridges. The partnership is the first in the state of its kind.

TRUMANN, Ark. (KAIT) - Police arrested three people after they said multiple drugs and guns were found in a home with two young children inside. According to an incident report from the Trumann Police Department, on Sunday, Aug. 11, Officers Andrew David Davison and Jarred Carter were sent to the 500 block of West Speedway Street to speak with two people: 33-year-old James Obrien and 32-year-old Hailey Blake, both of Trumann.
