According to an incident report from the Trumann Police Department, on Sunday, Aug. 11, Officers Andrew David Davison and Jarred Carter were sent to the 500 block of West Speedway Street to speak with two people: 33-year-old James Obrien and 32-year-old Hailey Blake, both of Trumann.
