After an intensive bout of investigative work, Riverside County Sheriff's deputies have nabbed a man linked to a spate of commercial burglaries. The suspect, identified as 33-year-old Joseph Roybal of Temecula, was known for a distinct modus operandi stretching through Temecula and its outskirts.
