Jesse Watters Interviews Democratic Delegate Uncle at DNC: ‘We Make Fun of Each Other’

Fox News host Jesse Watters interviewed his uncle, Democratic delegate and New Hampshire State Senator David Watters, at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) on Monday, where the two exchanged jabs over their difference in politics.

Appearing with Watters’ uncle on the convention floor, Fox News’ man-on-the-street Johnny Belisario said, “Jesse, it was very hard to find a delegate on the floor of the DNC that would want to talk to you, but luckily I went to New Hampshire and I found Uncle David Watters.”

“Hi, Jesse!” Watters’ uncle shouted.

After Belisario asked Watters, “What’s it like being Jesse’s uncle?” he replied, “Well now, Jesse didn’t just fall out of the coconut tree, so it’s all family, it’s all family, and we all love each other and we do talk to each other. We do.”

“Do you guys fight about politics?” Belisario pressed.

Watters replied, “I always win if we do, but we make fun of each other and I think that’s the best way.”

“Now, you knew Jesse since he was growing up. When did you realize that someone went terribly wrong?” asked Belisario, to which Watters responded, “Well Jesse, it was when you started to watch Beavis and Butthead and I knew there was something different.”

Belisario then turned to the younger Watters in the Fox News studio and asked, “Jesse, how do you feel that your uncle is on the floor right now?”

The Fox News host remarked, “I feel proud that my uncle is participating in the democratic process and I feel sorry for him that Trump is gonna demolish Kamala Harris. We love you, David, but I’m sorry it’s not gonna go well in November.”
