Mary Trump Makes Co-Host Choke On Her Coffee By Saying RNC Was ‘White People Funeral’ Compared To DNC

Ex-presidential niece Mary Trump made her co-host choke laughing with her description of former President Donald Trump’s RNC as compared to Vice President Kamala Harris’s Democratic National Convention.

The Democratic National Convention ( DNC ) has dominated the news and cable television all week, and was capped off Thursday night by a widely-praised acceptance speech by Vice President Kamala Harris . If the ratings are any indication , the Democratic convention was hugely successful.

On The Mary Trump Show’s DNC coverage this week, Mary Trump  — a strident Trump critic — was joined by Danielle Moody Mills , and Jen Taub to talk about the convention.

In one exchange , Mary praised the Democrats for their “flawless” convention — and expressed less enthusiasm for the Republican gathering:

DANIELLE MOODY MILLS: And let’s just say the highlight was Georgia being called by Lil Jon, and then him coming down and singing his top hits and then ending with From the window to the walls, which is what people on social media said.

As soon as Tim Walz was named by Vice President Kamala Harris, that song started trending in all of the spaces. And it was I mean, the roll call can never be done the same way ever again. It always has to be done this way. It was fire!

MARY TRUMP: Yeah. And I just realize we can’t show the clip because of the music.

DANIELLE MOODY MILLS: Oh, because of the music.

MARY TRUMP: Okay. Yeah.

DANIELLE MOODY MILLS: Okay. Go on social media, guys. I retweeted it checking my Twitter. Yeah.

MARY TRUMP: It’s it’s incredible. It was it was incredible.

But the best part of that, not the best part, because the best part was the fact that that the DNC did it that way.

But they compare (LAUGHS) and contrast between how the Dems did it last night and how the Republicans did it. It’s I mean, it literally is like, a funeral on–.

DANIELLE MOODY MILLS: It was a wake. Yeah. Yeah. It was a wake.

MARY TRUMP: But like a white people, WASPy funeral. You know, in the rain with black umbrellas. That’s what the RNC was like. So, you know, they just cannot, the Republicans did nothing, right?

JEN TAUB: I just choked on my coffee like they do in those memes. I’m sorry. Excuse me!

MARY TRUMP: Thanks for sharing, though. Are you okay?

JEN TAUB: (NODS).

MARY TRUMP: Okay. So it, it’s. The Republicans did nothing right– unless you think it’s. It’s a right thing to have a bunch of racist women abusers, you know, introducing your candidate.

And the Dems have not put a foot wrong at all, so.
