A CNN panel devolved into a shouting match on Monday as former RNC national spokesperson Madison Gesiotto and former Bill Clinton special assistant Keith Boykin accused each other of interrupting.

As the CNN NewsNight panel discussed former President Donald Trump’s social media post vowing to imprison “Lawyers, Political Operatives, Donors, Illegal Voters, & Corrupt Election Officials” who “cheat” in the 2024 election, former Trump campaign adviser David Urban brought up the ongoing indictments against Trump himself.

“Look, there have been people on this network that say a lot of these suits wouldn’t have been brought if his name wasn’t Donald Trump. Some very respected people,” said Urban, to which Gesiotto replied, “And many voters see that and feel the same way, which is part of why it’s resonated across the country.”

She continued, “We can sit and debate back and forth but you have to remember, you have to have empathy for the people out there across the country who are struggling.”

“Like Donald Trump has empathy for people?” questioned Boykin.

Gesiotto shot back, “Please don’t interrupt.”

The two then began to shout over one another as host Abby Phillip tried to break up the argument.

“Have you ever heard Joe Biden or Kamala Harris or anyone in the Democratic Party leadership say that Donald Trump should be locked up in jail?” asked Boykin.

Gesiotto replied, “Uh, yes, actually a lot of Democrats said he should be locked up in jail all the time. Are you kidding?”

Gesiotto and Boykin continued to shout over one another, before Boykin protested, “A minute ago, you told me not to interrupt you and now you’re interrupting me repeatedly. So you’re not consistent.”

“You interrupted me, sir,” Gesiotto snapped back.
