‘Technical Difficulties’: Hannity Monologue Goes Full ‘Sopranos’ by Cutting to Black

Fox News host Sean Hannity was in the middle of a rant against Vice President Kamala Harris on Wednesday night when his feed went full Sopranos by abruptly cutting to black.

Hannity opened his show by slamming Harris and President Joe Biden for allowing millions of “uninvited illegal immigrants into the U.S.”

“The illegals that Kamala wants to decriminalize, provide free housing, healthcare, education,” he continued as b-roll of Harris aired. “Now? Taxpayer-funded–”.

Hannity’s square went black as the b-roll continued. After 14 seconds of Hannity-less Hannity, Fox News cut to commercial.

The show returned minutes later, with the host jokingly blaming a leftist for the unexpected hiatus.

“All right,” he said. “By the way, apologies. We do have things in television – occasionally, it’s called technical difficulties. And apparently, something knocked us off the air. Probably a left-wing radical liberal conspiracy. At least I’d say that if I was Hillary Clinton. Anyway, welcome back. We’re glad you’re with us. I don’t really believe that, for you idiots in the media that will print that tomorrow.”

With that, Hannity resumed his monologue ripping the vice president.

The longest-tenured cable news host in history announced earlier this year he was leaving New York for Florida, where he now hosts his show.

“If anybody is listening to this program for any length of time, been threatening now to do this for quite a while,” he told his radio listeners in January. “But we are now beginning our first broadcast of my new home, and that is in the free state of Florida. I am out. I am done. I’m finished. New York, New York. Goodbye. Florida. Florida. If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. But it’s great to be here.”
