Tucker Carlson asked Republican vice presidential nominee JD Vance to speculated over what the left might do if he and Donald Trump win the 2024 presidential election in an interview released this week, even hinting at the possibility that there might be some kind of military coup.

After Vance predicted that he and Trump would prevail this November, Carlson asked the Ohio senator if he thought “they’ll accept that?”

“Well, yeah, it’s a good question, right?” replied Vance before musing that “there’s only so much they can do.”

“They’ve already sort of marshaled the ballot harvesting operation, which, of course, is the story of 2020. It’s not like, you know, it’s not ballot machines were hacked into. The story of 2020 is that they really, you know, turned on this ballot harvesting machine and they used, of course, Big Tech to silence stories that were negative about Joe Biden . They’re certainly going to do that again,” he continued. “I just don’t see any evidence that these people are like controlling the puppet strings and they’re going to do everything that they can. They are going to do everything that they can, but it’s not that much. So right now, yeah, I think Donald Trump’s going to be the next president.”

“And if he gets elected president. once again, do you think they will accept that?” inquired Carlson in a follow-up. “Are you concerned? They’ve spent the last ten years taking full control of the U.S. military-

    “Yeah,” agreed Vance.

“Which is, I mean I’m sorry to even talk like that, but they think that way so it’s worth saying it,” finished Carlson.

    Here’s how Vance replied:

So that’s what worries me. So you hear all this talk about threats to democracy, right? And the biggest threat to democracy in this country is not like Donald Trump using legal maneuvers to challenge the 2020 election. The biggest threat to democracy is that the bureaucracy in Washington, D.C. is fundamentally misaligned with at least half the country, right? So what I worry less about is like, ‘Are they going to let Trump win?’ Well, it’s not going to be easy, but I actually do sitting here right now, Maybe I’m wrong, but I do feel very confident that Trump’s going to be elected president, that he will be president. I think the real fight is going to be when he becomes president and he tries to do things. They’re going to take him down and try to take him down in a very big way.

He went on to speculate that the two major ways they might try to hamper Trump down would be to prevent him from deporting illegal immigrants and driving up interest rates, rather than instigating a military coup.

Vance recently stood by Carlson after he praised a World War II revisionist who whitewashed the Holocaust and peddled a soft defense of Adolf Hitler as “the best and most honest popular historian in the United States.”

Such bullshit! Do not judge the character of our current leaders by your personal standards. Yes, if Trump loses you will certainly advocate for violence. If, God forbid, the SOB wins, there will be a peaceful transition of power. You two mental midgets are just stupid!
