Trump Rages At ‘Fake News Reporters’ Over McDonald’s Story In Rally Rant — Vows ‘Next Week’ He’ll Try ‘French Fry Job’

Former President Donald Trump raged at “fake news reporters” for failing to report on his baseless assertion that Vice President Kamala Harris lied about working at McDonalds while she was in college.

In August, Harris released a campaign ad that noted she worked at the ubiquitous fast-food chain while she was in college. The ad sparked attacks from critics claiming — without evidence — that she never worked there, and even that McDonald’s confirmed this (they did not ).

Trump held a rally in Indiana, Pennsylvania Monday night , during which Trump — who makes this attack regularly — lashed out at reporters for failing to report the claim — this time also promising to spend some time at the fry station in an imminent photo op:

Remember this. For a long time, she’s been talking about her experience at McDonald’s. “I worked at McDonald’s over the French fries. It was so hot.”

I think I’m going to go to a McDonald’s next week. Some place I’m going to go, might not be here in your place.

I’m going to go to a McDonald’s and I’m going to work the French fry job for about a half an hour. I want to see how it is.

But she said she worked and she grew up in terrible conditions. She worked at McDonald’s. It was such–.

She NEVER WORKED THERE!

And these fake news reporters will never report it! They don’t want to report it because they’re fake! They’re fake!

She never worked at McDonald’s, but it was a big part of her resumé. They went and they went to the different places, did she work here, did she work here, did she work here?

She said, “We don’t know who the hell she is. Leave us alone. We’re making hamburgers!”
