JD Vance To Attend Town Hall Hosted By MAGA Preacher Who Claims Kamala Harris Is Using ‘Witchcraft’ To ‘Emasculate’ Trump

Republican vice presidential candidate Senator JD Vance (R-OH) will attend a town hall in Pennsylvania hosted by Christian nationalist MAGA “prophet” Lance Wallnau, who claimed Vice President Kamala Harris was using “witchcraft” to “emasculate” former President Donald Trump.

The Trump campaign announced in a press release Wednesday that the event will take place on Saturday afternoon and will be hosted by Wallnau.

Wallnau is a figure in a fringe Christian nationalist movement associated with the Seven Mountain Mandate, which advocates for a Christian take over of cultural “mountains” such as education, military, family, and government. He became a notable figure among MAGA evangelicals for a “prophecy” that claimed Trump would be a “wrecking ball” to political correctness.

Since then he has reportedly issued “prophecies” claiming those opposed to Trump would die suddenly and promoted conspiracy theories relating to the attack on Paul Pelosi.

Most recently, he has focused on Harris, accusing her of using “witchcraft” to “emasculate” Trump during the ABC-hosted presidential debate. According to Wallnau, Harris is possessed by “occult spirits” and is the “devil’s choice.”

Religious studies scholar Matthew D. Taylor, an expert in Christian nationalist movements, flagged Vance’s “endorsement” of the event with Wallnau, warning that the senator would be attending “one of the worst, most conspiratorial, Christian supremacist spectacles in the country.”
