Bill Maher Guest Calls for Joe Biden to ‘Dissolve the Supreme Court’: He Should Say ‘I’m the King Now!’

A guest on Bill Maher’s Real Time called for President Joe Biden to “dissolve” the U.S. Supreme Court.

In an interview Friday night, Fran Lebowitz — the sardonic author and social commentator who has been a Maher regular over the years — torched the Supreme Court, calling it “Trump’s harem.”

“It’s so disgraceful, this court, that it shouldn’t even be allowed to be called the Supreme Court,” Lebowitz said.

“It isn’t. It’s an insult to Motown to call it the Supreme Court. It’s not even a court.”

Lebowitz went on to condemn the ruling in the presidential immunity case brought by former President Donald Trump — arguing it gives absolute power to the Oval Office occupant.

“When they passed that law, that ruling, where they said ‘you’re not the president, there’s a king,’ which is what that ruling is, you can do whatever you want, you can never be held responsible, I thought, ‘You know, Biden is still the president. No one seems to notice.’ But I think Biden should dissolve the Supreme Court.”

The comment was met with applause from the audience. While Lebowitz is known for her dry wit, Maher did not seem to believe she was making the remark in jest.

“Dissolve the Supreme Court?” Maher said. “Come on.”

Lebowitz stood firm.

“‘I’m the president, I’m the king now, like you said, and go home!'” Lebowitz replied.

“Good to see you’re centrist,” Maher quipped.
