Fox & Friends Diner Bashes JD Vance: ‘He Lied Throughout the Whole Entire Debate Last Night!’

Fox & Friends co-host Lawrence Jones visited the Steak ‘N Egger in Muskegon, Michigan, for a post-VP Debate reaction and found one diner that was different from the others.

At the top of the 6 AM hour, Jones asked the diner packed with pro-Trump Michiganders, “Who thought Tim Walz won the debate last night?” And surely, to the surprise of many Fox News viewers, there was one lone and very loud cheer. When he followed up by asking the same question about JD Vance, of course, nearly everyone else in attendance cheered loudly.

To his credit, he sought the woman who stood out from the crowd and said, “So tell me, you said that you believe that Walz won the debate. Why do you think you did such a great job?”

“Because he’s very articulate. He knows his facts,” she replied. “J.D. Vance totally switched the script last night. He told untruths. He just — he flipped the switch. He lied throughout the whole entire debate last night. What he said was untrue. His stance on abortion, his stance on housing, his stance on the finance, everything was was not true.”

“Why do you think most people, when you look at the independents and the dows and even some Democrats, still say J.D. Vance won the debate last night?” Jones followed up.

“I think it is because he has had more experience on the public stage and in debate,” she replied. “And Tim Walz is just your guy next door.”

“Thank you so much,” Jones said. “All right, guys. So that was the perspective right there. Most folks say that they believe J.D. Vance won.”

While many media figures appear to agree that JD Vance won the debate, a CNN snap poll gave Vance only the slightest of edges, defeating Walz 51-49%.
