‘Get a Life, Man! Help These People!’ Biden Scolds Trump for Spreading Hurricane Misinformation

President Joe Biden bashed former President Donald Trump for spreading misinformation regarding the hurricanes destroying parts of the country.

During a Thursday press conference, Biden spoke on his administration’s efforts to provide relief to victims of Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. Recently, online misinformation regarding the storms has complicated FEMA’s efforts to provide victims with the necessary aid.

The GOP nominee has spread misinformation regarding the hurricanes to his supporters at campaign rallies. Over the weekend, Trump falsely claimed FEMA is sending the vast majority of the agency’s money to “illegal migrants.”

When asked by a reporter if he has spoken to Trump recently, Biden appeared annoyed before addressing his former rival by telling him to “get a life.”

REPORTER: Have you spoken with former President Trump at all?

BIDEN: Are you kidding me? Mr. President Trump, former President Trump — Get a life, man! Help these people.

REPORTER: Will you hold him accountable? You said you were going to hold those accountable?

BIDEN: The public will hold them accountable. You better — the press hold them accountable because you know the truth.

REPORTER: Do you plan to speak with former President Trump?

Biden: No.
