Local Kennel Club Creates Scholarship at UT Martin. Jackson, TN, July 25, 2024 – The Jackson Tennessee Dog Fanciers Association, an affiliate club with the American Kennel Club, has created a scholarship to be awarded to a Vet Tech student at UT Martin.
