Average gasoline prices in Yakima have risen 0.8 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.88 per gallon today, according to GasBuddy's survey of 91 stations in Yakima. Prices in Yakima are 9.5 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 71.3 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. Suspect Arrested for Robbing Yakima Gun Store, Fleeing with Shotgun
A 21-year-old man is facing a robbery charge after police say he stole a shotgun from a local gun store on Saturday. Yakima Police say the 21-year-old suspect, identified as Cregan Antonson walked into T&T Shooters Supply on north 6th Avenue just before 12:00 pm on Saturday and asked to purchase a 12-gauge shotgun. The employee then pulled a shotgun, valued at $300 from the store gun rack and handed it to Antonson. Police say that's when the suspect told the employee, "sorry boss but I forgot my money."
