Local Caterer Debuting Brick & Mortar

A new restaurant is coming to Melbourne, according to recent social media activity and public records.

Simple Kitchen & Market, registered as Falling Iguana LLC, will be led by Keeun Barley and Jason Freshly. Local readers may recognize Chef Freshly as the head of catering company Fuego & Salt.

“COMING SOON TO DOWNTOWN MELBOURNE!” the brand’s postless Instagram account declares.

Elucidating further, the official website states “Simple Kitchen & Market is located in Downtown Melbourne and we will be opening soon. We still have work to do, but we are in the home stretch! We will be updating the website and our social media channels, as we are getting closer, so stay tuned for menus, class schedules, featured products, and more.”

While no further details exist, Fuego & Salt’s mission statement could form expectations for the upcoming Simple Kitchen & Market.
