Vice president for research Peter Dorhout has been appointed to a five-year second term, announced senior vice president and provost Jonathan Wickert. Volleyball Earns AVCA Team Academic Award
AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State volleyball team earned the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award, announced by the AVCA. Iowa State picked up the award for the fifth-straight year and the eighth time since the award's beginning in 1992-93. Every AVCA Team Academic Award earned by the Cyclones has come while Christy Johnson-Lynch has led the program.
