Our computer models were all agreeing on a large complex of storms developing north of the Twin Cities and sliding southeast, mainly affecting portions of western Wisconsin, but also clipping parts of southeastern Minnesota, including Rochester. Iowa authorities have concluded that a trucker whose body was found in April less than a mile from his abandoned truck died from hypothermia after he used meth. The Sac County attorney’s office announced Friday that the death of David Schultz, whose body was discovered April 24, was accidental. Schultz, a 53-year-old trucker from Wall Lake, Iowa, was reported missing after his truck was found abandoned on Nov. 21.

Iowa PBS Completes Integration of Three Fully Networked Solid State Logic System TS300 Mixing Consoles
Johnston, Iowa, June 18, 2024 — Iowa PBS, the state’s public broadcasting network, recently completed the integration of three new Solid State Logic System T S300 Dante-native audio mixing platforms at its headquarters in Johnston, a suburb 10 miles north of the center of Des Moines. A 48-fader S300 has been installed in Control Room 3, which is connected to a studio theater seating up to 300 people, while Control Room 1 and the network’s mobile broadcast truck each now feature a 32-fader S300. The three S300 control surfaces are each combined with a TE2 Tempest Engine supporting 256 processing paths and have been integrated with a wide variety of local and shared Network I/O interfaces and SB stageboxes.
