Karaoke for Disabled Jockeys set for Sunday at Vapor
A unique fundraiser in Saratoga Springs this weekend will help jockeys who became disabled while riding. Karaoke for Disabled Jockeys will take place on Sunday night. Every year, the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund gets the best jockeys in the country together in Saratoga to sing. They belt out karaoke songs to raise money for their colleagues who were injured while riding.

Milas Restaurant 518 Ribbon Cutting
The Capital Region Chamber presented a ribbon cutting for Milas Restaurant 518. Kaytrin and Devin Ziemann have already been making their mark in downtown Schenectady, and this is their second restaurant in town (Ziemann Hospitality also owns the Nest at 512 State Street). Devin has been a restaurant chef for over 15 years, while Kaytrin studied dietetics and food service management at SUNY Oneonta which opened her eyes to the value in Hospitality.
