Former Montana State Prison officer admits to distributing dangerous drugs
ANACONDA, Mont. — An Anaconda man admits to distributing dangerous drugs while he was a sergeant at the Montana State Prison. Scott Patrick Elliott pleaded guilty in Anaconda-Deer Lodge district court on Wednesday morning to one felony count of criminal distribution of dangerous drugs, admitting that he provided marijuana to others in 2022 and 2023.
