Dubuque woman hits house near Arboretum
Police said a woman sustained possible injuries this week when her vehicle struck a house near Dubuque Arboretum & Botanical Gardens. 81-year-old Kimberly Kintzle of Dubuque, sustained possible injuries in the crash but did not require transport by ambulance to an area hospital. The incident occurred at about 1:15 p.m. Thursday along Arboretum Court. A crash report states that Kintzle told officers she was leaving the arboretum when her brakes failed and she exited the roadway. As she exited the roadway, she struck a decorative water fountain before driving over a nearby driveway and striking a house.
