FSC Franchise Co. , the Tampa, Florida-based parent company of Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and The Brass Tap , is actively seeking franchisees to bring both fast-casual concepts to the Memphis area, according to CEO Chris Elliott .

Although no leases have been signed and opening dates are not yet projected, Elliott expresses enthusiasm about joining the Memphis community. “It’s a great city, and both of our concepts would do well there, both Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and The Brass Tap.”
