A few months ago, What Now Memphis reported on Rock N’ Roll Sushi ’s collaboration with seasoned restauranteur Spencer Burgon to revamp the existing locations in Memphis and Germantown, infusing them with a swanky, eclectic vibe.

With the renovations now complete, this popular rock ‘n’ roll-themed sushi franchise is gearing up for further expansion across the Memphis and tri-state areas. While specific locations haven’t been finalized yet, the company is actively seeking franchise partners to spearhead the development of new regional spots.

Originally established in Mobile, Alabama in 2010 by entrepreneurs Lance and Gerri Hallmark , Rock N’ Roll Sushi has steadily grown to encompass over 60 locations spanning nine states. For the forthcoming Memphis area ventures, Burgon will once again collaborate with local construction firm Traditional Construction Co.

Just like their existing eateries, the upcoming locations will boast over-the-top, rock ‘n’ roll-inspired decor, featuring electric guitars, crushed velvet accents, microphone lights, and cheetah print wallpaper.

The menu at Rock N’ Roll Sushi offers a fusion of Americanized Japanese dishes, including favorites like crispy wontons and jalapeno poppers deep-fried in tempura batter, all cleverly named after music-related themes.

For those interested in joining the Rock N’ Roll Sushi franchise family, visit the eatery’s franchise page for additional information.
