New Shawarma Eatery Opening Soon in Memphis

A new shawarma spot is coming to Memphis .

According to a recent Commercial Alteration Permit, Shawarma to Go will soon open at 4000 Summer Ave , Suite 102 . The 1,367-square-foot suite is currently undergoing renovations estimated at $800,000 and will provide seating for up to 33 patrons.

While details about the menu are limited, guests can expect a variety of shawarmas and other Middle Eastern options at Shawarma to Go.

Owner Karim Obaid confirmed this development with What Now Memphis , noting that more information will be available next week. Obaid mentioned that the fast-casual eatery is set to celebrate its grand opening in about two months.
