Chester’s Fried Chicken Set to Sizzle in Cordova

A popular fast-casual chicken chain will soon make its Cordova debut.

According to recent permits filed with Develop901, Chester’s Fried Chicken is coming to 2310 N Germantown Pkwy . Franchisee Rahim Umlani confirmed the news with What Now Memphis , adding that more information will be available this coming Monday.

Founded in 1965, Chester’s has expanded to over 1,200 locations nationwide, including three in Memphis. The Birmingham-based franchise is renowned for its double-breaded, “fried to perfection” chicken, featuring bone-in chicken, tenders, bites, sandwiches, and biscuits. The menu also includes fried gizzards, livers, classic country-style sides, and pies.
