Mediterranean-American Fusion Restaurant Coming Soon to Oakhaven

A new restaurant is coming to Memphis’ Oakhaven neighborhood.

The Royal Orion will debut at 5274 Riverdale Rd , according to recent permits filed with Develop901.

While the owner—who prefers to remain anonymous—confirmed these plans with What Now Memphis , he did not reveal many details about the eatery.

However, he did say that The Royal Orion will specialize in a blend of Mediterranean and American cuisine, curated by a chef coming in from New York. Patrons can look forward to a menu featuring hummus, falafel, fries, gyros, tzatziki, lamb, and more.

The owner hopes to open the restaurant sometime within the next month and a half.
