    Postal worker robbed on Memphis route; $150K reward offered for info

    MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The United States Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward for information leading to the two suspects responsible for robbing a USPS mail carrier in Memphis.

    According to reports, around 12:15 p.m. Saturday, the mail carrier was out on his route when he was approached and robbed by two men in the 600 block of Granada Road in Whitehaven. The employee was uninjured in the incident.

    According to a statement from USPIS, they are offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects responsible for the robbery.

    They provided surveillance video of one of the alleged suspects.

    Another video shows the same suspect walking across a yard. USPIS says the vehicle seen turning left out of what appears to be a driveway is possibly the suspect’s vehicle used in the robbery.

    The victim described the vehicle as a “burgundy or wine-colored” four-door sedan.

    The suspect in the videos is described as a man in his mid-20s, around 6-foot-tall, 140-150 pounds, with a thin build.
