Uxbridge neighborhoods lose power after a utility pole snaps
Uxbridge police announced several neighborhoods were without power on Thursday afternoon. Officials said a snapped pole caused a closure on Old Elmdale Road. Crews were on scene working to restore power. Officials said it is unclear when power will be back.

The average number of contested Democratic primaries was 36.9 and the average number of contested Republican primaries was 8.3.
