OGDEN — A man who crashed while on a scooter Thursday while trying to avoid an SUV is not expected to survive after he suffered severe head trauma, according to police. UVX to begin charging for bus rides, BYU students still ride free
On Aug. 18, the Utah Valley Express buses will begin charging riders a regular fare of $2.50, after six years of a zero fare promotion.
