On Thursday, former Saturday Night Live cast member Victoria Jackson issued a tragic update on her battle with cancer.

Jackson appeared on SNL from 1986 until 1992, where she became known for her “Weekend Update” appearances and spot-on impression of Roseanne Barr. Since leaving the show, Jackson has mostly appeared in single-episode arcs on shows like The X-Files and Sabrina the Teenage Witch.

Jackson is now known mostly for her outspoken, divisive political views and presence on social media, where on August 14 she posted the 11th installment of her “Is the Cancer Back?” video series. In the eight-minute clip, Jackson told her followers that, after much consideration, doctors “cannot operate and cut out the marble in my chest that is laying on my windpipe, and eventually would suffocate me to death.”

Jackson explained that her doctors had gotten her a prescription for a “magic pill” which she would soon begin taking. The medicine, Ribociclib, “will shrink the marble, hopefully,” she said. Those who take Ribociclib “have 32.6 months to live. Something like that,” the comedian added. However, in the post’s caption, Jackson told followers, “I have 34.8 months to live.”

Despite the tragic circumstances, Jackson contends she’s had “a fabulous life” and has no regrets. There are a few milestones she’s still looking forward to experiencing, as well. “I’d like to see my grandson born—his name is Jimmy—in October, and get to know him a little. And I would like to see my daughter Aubrey have a baby,” she told her fans.

In a video posted on August 1 , Jackson told followers she was doing research to determine “if my marble that they found in my lung is cancer or not.” The caption of that post confirmed the heartbreaking news. “It’s cancer! Back from 9 years ago!” the caption read.
