United Airlines is growing its global footprint with its largest international expansion in company history, adding eight new destinations to its worldwide network in 2025.

The Oct. 10 announcement confirmed that United would be adding nonstop routes from the U.S. to Nuuk, Greenland ; Palermo, Italy; Bilbao, Spain; Madeira Island, Portugal and Faro, Portugal; Dakar, Senegal; Nice, France; and Venice, Italy . The Dakar flight will run year-round while Nice and Venice will be seasonal options.

In addition, United is looking to expand its transpacific presence with new routes out of Tokyo 's Narita airport. From Tokyo, you can fly United to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia; Kaohsiung, Taiwan; and Koror, Palau.

"No other airline gives customers nonstop access to as many unique international destinations and experiences from the U.S. as United," United global network planning and alliances senior vice president Patrick Quayle said in a statement . "Our network provides the most choice and variety for our customers, whether they are looking for a relaxing seaside getaway, once-in-a-lifetime adventure travel or to explore some of the most vibrant urban escapes across the globe."
