Explosion At CDC Bruceton Research Center
The explosion happened at the Burceton Research Center located at 649 Cochran Mill Road in Jefferson Hills around 12:48 p.m. on Friday, a CDC official told us. Salmonbellies Leapfrog Into Second Place
The New Westminster Salmonbellies were able to leapfrog over two other teams into second place with a convincing 17-4 win over the Coquitlam Adanacs on Thursday night. The Salmonbellies jumped over the Langley Thunder and Maple Ridge Burrards for second place in the tight WLA playoff race. Coquitlam’s playoff chances are fading quickly. They drop to 6-10-1 with one game left in the regular season. They would have to win against the Burnaby Lakers on Saturday night and have either Maple Ridge lose their last three and/or Langley lose their last two.
