31 year old Haley Bower of Portland, Indiana was arrested this weekend by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office on 2 1st degree misdemeanor charges of aggravated menacing. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Bower is accused of stating that she was going to return to the victim's residence in Mercer County and “blow the victim's brains out.” This statement was made to a third party after Bower showed up at the residence and was told to leave by law enforcement on scene.
