New Animal Control director continues mission of helping animals
In her new role as Warren County Animal Control Director, Courtney Lockey continues a career through which she has demonstrated a mission of helping animals. The native of southern North Carolina, she worked in veterinarians’ offices while in high school. Lockey originally hoped to become a vet, but, financially, she could not achieve this original plan.
